SwatchShelf - Terms of Use

Service

SwatchShelf is provided to Shopify merchants by EARTHLOOM HOLDINGS LIMITED. By installing the app you agree to these terms and to Shopify's Terms of Service.

Subscription

The app is billed through Shopify's Billing API at the monthly price and trial shown on the App Store listing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; the subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period as determined by Shopify.

Your store

You are responsible for your store, products and compliance with applicable law. SwatchShelf only changes how options are displayed and does not change your product data.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, EARTHLOOM HOLDINGS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Governing law: Hong Kong SAR.
