What the app does with data

StatusAge Snapshot runs entirely inside your Atlassian Jira Cloud site (Atlassian Forge, Custom UI). It reads issue, status and change history data through the Jira REST API in your browser, using the permissions of the person viewing the report, and calculates the report there. Your Jira data is not sent to us or to any third-party server, and we operate no backend for this app.

What we store

Nothing. The app does not store Jira content, personal data, or analytics on our systems. Exports (CSV, PDF) are created in your browser and saved by you. Filter preferences, if remembered, stay in your own browser.

Licensing and billing

Licenses and payments are handled by Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian may share licensing details (such as site name, license tier and technical contact) with us as part of the Marketplace partner program.

Data residency and deletion

Because the app keeps no data outside your Jira site, it follows your Jira site's data residency, and there is no app-held data to erase when you uninstall it.
