No. Matching and merging run in your browser through monday.com's API. We have no server and no analytics.
No. The items that are merged into the surviving item are archived, not deleted. Every merge is recorded in the undo log.
Open the History tab, pick the merge and press Undo. The survivor's original values are restored and the archived items are brought back.
Name, email, phone, text, numbers and most other simple columns. Fuzzy matching is tuned for names, emails and phone numbers.
Scanning and the side-by-side preview are free. Merging, undo and saved rules need a paid plan, billed by monday.com.
Boards with thousands of items are scanned in chunks. If monday.com rate limits are reached, the app pauses and resumes automatically.
