What we collect

Nothing. BoardMerge Review runs entirely inside your browser, in the monday.com board view. Board items, column values, names, emails and phone numbers are read through monday.com's own API using your session, compared on your device, and written back to your board only when you confirm a merge. Our app has no server that receives, stores or logs your data, and we use no analytics or tracking.

What is stored and where

The undo log of your merges is stored in monday.com's app storage for your account, so you can revert a merge later. It stays inside monday.com and is subject to monday.com's own retention and security. We cannot read it. Archived items remain in your board's archive under your monday.com settings.

Permissions

The app requests only the monday.com scopes it needs: read and write boards and items (to compare and merge), read and write updates (to keep comments of merged items), and read your own user profile (to show who ran a merge).

Billing

Subscriptions are handled by monday.com's native app billing. We do not receive payment card details.

Children

The app is a business tool and not directed at children under 13.
