How do I restore my purchase?

Open Renewly, go to Settings or the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

How does Renewly Pro billing work?

Renewly Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial. The price is shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.

Does Renewly connect to my bank?

No. There is no bank connection, no email scanning and no account. You add your subscriptions yourself, and everything stays on your device.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no cloud sync. With Pro you can export a CSV or text summary through the share sheet.

Why does the app ask for notification permission?

To remind you before a subscription renews or a free trial ends. These are local notifications scheduled on your device and never sent through a server.

Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?

Yes. Each subscription keeps its own currency, and totals are shown separately per currency. Renewly does not convert between currencies.
