No. The app runs entirely in the Freshdesk ticket sidebar using the FDK front-end platform. It has no backend, no network calls and no analytics.
Not currently. The app is free on the Freshworks Marketplace.
Any plan that supports Freshworks Marketplace apps and the ticket_sidebar location (FDK platform 3.0).
Once published, open the Freshworks Marketplace from your Freshdesk admin panel, search for QuillBar and click Install. It will appear in the ticket sidebar automatically.
