PriceDryRun - Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-26. Published by EARTHLOOM HOLDINGS LIMITED, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). PriceDryRun is a Shopify app that lets a merchant preview and apply bulk price changes.

What we process

When you install PriceDryRun we receive, through Shopify, your shop domain and an access token for your store. To build a preview we read, at your request, your products and variants: titles, SKUs, vendors, types, tags, prices, compare-at prices, unit costs and inventory quantities. This data is held in memory only while a preview is calculated and is not stored by us.

When you press Apply we store a snapshot of the old and new prices and compare-at prices for the variants you changed (variant IDs, SKUs, prices). We keep it only so you can undo the run, and we delete it automatically after 30 days.

We do not collect customer, order or payment information from your store. We do not use cookies for tracking and we run no advertising or analytics scripts. Billing is handled by Shopify; we see only whether a plan is active.

Where it is stored

The access token (encrypted) and undo snapshots are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.

Deletion

When you uninstall PriceDryRun, or when Shopify sends the shop redaction request, we delete your sessions and all stored run snapshots for your shop. Customer data requests (GDPR) receive an acknowledgment: we hold no customer personal data.

Children

PriceDryRun is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete anything we hold about your shop, email us and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
