Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Open MileMinder, go to Settings or the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

How do I cancel the yearly subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no renewal.

Where is my service history stored?

Only on your device. MileMinder has no account and never uploads your vehicles, mileage or service records.

Why do reminders need notification permission?

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone for the due dates you set. MileMinder asks for permission only when you turn a reminder on, and nothing is sent to a server.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Open Settings > Backup and export, tap Export backup and save the file. On the new phone, install MileMinder and use Import backup.
