Does ImportGuard upload my CSV files?

No. Everything runs 100 percent client-side in the extension or web app. There is no backend, no uploads and no per-use API cost.

What platforms does it support?

The extension validates Shopify and WooCommerce product CSVs. A Shopify embedded app scaffold exists but is not yet submitted to the Shopify App Store.

Is there a Pro version?

A Pro tier and license kit are designed in the code but are dormant and not deployed. The current Firefox and Edge builds are free.

How do I install the extension?

Firefox: load the signed AMO release when approved. Edge: load the unpacked dist/edge folder from the release zip. Chrome is not supported.

What checks does it perform?

It runs 9 check families covering required columns, handle duplicates, invalid HTML, image URL reachability, variant consistency, SEO fields, and more. Each issue shows row, column, what the store will do and the fix.
