Frequently asked questions

Does CampaignLint send any data outside my browser?

No. The extension has no dependencies, no server, no telemetry, no remote assets, no background process and no HTTP requests. The only external navigation is an explicit click on a placeholder Buy link.

How do I install it on Edge?

Open edge://extensions, enable Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the dist/edge folder from the release zip.

How do I install it on Firefox?

Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox, click Load Temporary Add-on and select dist/firefox/manifest.json. A permanent release requires Mozilla signing.

Is there a Pro version or license?

The readme mentions license pricing as a question mark. No paid tier is live; the current build is free and fully local.

Which Manifest version does it use?

Manifest V3 for both Edge and Firefox.
