What Batch QR Labels does

Batch QR Labels is an Adobe Express add-on that turns a CSV or pasted list into QR code labels laid out on pages. QR codes are static: they contain exactly the text or link you provide, with no redirect and no tracking.

Your content

Your spreadsheet rows are processed on your device inside the add-on. We never receive, copy, store, sell or share your CSV content, links, labels or designs. We do not use any data for advertising or AI training.

Information sent to our server

Only if you buy and activate Pro: your license key and a random device identifier are sent over HTTPS to our license server to confirm validity. No CSV content, no Adobe account details. The free version sends nothing to us.

Information stored

Settings, the random device identifier and (for Pro) your license key are stored in the add-on's local storage in your browser. Clear them by uninstalling the add-on or asking us to deactivate your key.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store card details; we keep your email and order reference to issue and support your license.

Children

Batch QR Labels is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

We hold almost no personal data about you. For access or deletion of license records, email us and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date.
