Frequently asked questions

How do I activate Pro after purchase?

After checkout you receive a license key. Open the extension options, paste the key into the License field and click Save. The Pro features unlock immediately.

Can I use AdClipper on Firefox or Edge?

A Firefox build (v2.4) is in AMO review. An Edge build is planned. The Chrome Web Store version is live today.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. After that the extension reverts to the free tier limits.

Does the extension track which ads I download?

No. All ad scraping and file generation happen locally in your browser. The only network calls are license validation and Stripe checkout.

I lost my license key. How do I recover it?

Check the email you used at checkout for the Stripe receipt. If you cannot find it, contact support@earthloomholdings.com with the purchase email and we will resend the key.
