No. Scans run in your own browser against pages of your own site, and reports are stored in your WordPress database. The plugin makes no external requests and has no telemetry.
Does it make my site compliant?
No. Automated checks find only a part of accessibility issues. Use the punch list as a starting point and test with real assistive technology.
Does it change my front end?
No. It adds no overlay or widget to your site; it only reads pages and produces a report in the admin.
