No. You select the range you want to process and LocaleFix only touches those cells.
A Pro tier ($24 per year) is planned but not currently available. The add-on is free while the license system is being finalized.
All processing happens in your Google Sheets document on Google's servers. No data is sent to Earthloom or any third party.
An Excel port using the same core logic is planned for the future.
